We Provide Benefits with these Therapies

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a technique in which extremely thin needles are inserted into specific acupuncture points along energetic meridians on the body. It has been practiced for over 5000 years and treats chronic and acute disease. Acupuncture treatments resolve symptoms by strengthening the functions of the body’s internal organs, the immune and hormonal systems, and brain chemistry. Acupuncture acts at a deep physiological level to effectively treat most symptoms and diseases, reduce stress, and prevent illness.

Herbal Medicine

Herbal Medicine utilizes plants that have useful medicinal qualities. These range from being superfoods like ginseng, to plants that strengthen and stimulate organs and/or detoxify, eg milk thistle, or treat  or prevent infections, eg echinacea. Herbs affect metabolic functions including hormones, and can have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and cognitive enhancement, eg turmeric. Culinary spices are typically mildly medicinal, they can provide pronounced effects at higher doses.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy stands as arguably the most profound healing system in the world. Homeopathic medicines, also known as remedies, have a documented history of effectively treating diseases and conditions ranging from musculoskeletal, to metabolic, to psychological. While homeopathy is known to be safe, and without toxic side effects as compared with pharmaceutical drugs, its reputation as a gentle healing technique must not distract us from the fact that it can powerfully treat severe pathologies. For instance homeopathy proved to be successful during cholera and flu epidemics in the late 1800s and the 1918 Spanish Flu outbreak, when pharmaceuticals failed to offer any comparable life saving benefits.

Nutrition

Nutrition forms the foundation of our health. Therefore we focus on educating and advising our patients on dietary choices.  Our philosophy includes principles from Chinese and Ayurvedic (East Indian) medicine, and modern western nutritional science.  In the Asian systems we are able to see individuals as belonging to constitutional or archetypal patterns.

Enhance Your Health with Holistic Medicine

Comprehensive care combining ancient wisdom and modern science to treat the mind, body, and spirit

Plants and Humans: A Deep Evolutionary Partnership

Plants and humans have evolved together over millions of years. When we ingest plants as foods or use medicinal plants as herbs, their molecular structures interact with the human body like a key fitting into a lock. Plant molecules align with human physiological systems, supporting healing, nourishment, and balance at the deepest levels.

Nature’s Blueprint for Health

Nature created foods, herbs, and acupuncture as powerful systems to support human health.

  • Herbs, as medicinal plants, naturally harmonize the body’s regulatory functions.

  • Acupuncture, discovered through observation of the body’s neurological responses, is not merely an invention, but a profound system of restoring physiological balance.

Health Assurance: Building True Health Beyond "Insurance"

While insurance policies are designed to cover basic healthcare needs, true health assurance requires proactive care:

  • Integrating herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, nutrition, and lifestyle choices forms the foundation for enduring wellness.

  • These practices go beyond treating disease — they optimize vitality, enhance resilience, and help prevent chronic conditions.

Merely depending on basic insurance coverage often leaves individuals vulnerable to the gradual effects of chronic inflammation, stress, and environmental toxicity. A proactive strategy empowers you to maintain optimal health, much like regular maintenance keeps your car running smoothly.

Preventive Care is Proactive Care

Just as we maintain our homes and vehicles beyond catastrophic insurance coverage—aligning wheels, rotating tires, tuning engines—our bodies also require maintenance:

  • Acupuncture functions as a “neurological tune-up,” helping regulate nervous system balance, reduce stress, and support immune function.

  • Herbs, homeopathy, and nutrition act as daily tools for strengthening resilience and preventing disease before it begins.
